RevenueES has the exclusive right to provide billing, coding, and other administrative services for healthcare providers. RevenueES will never sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties without your express consent.

Non-Solicitation Policy:

Revenue Enhancement Services LLC will take all reasonable steps to safeguard the confidentiality of your patient’s health information. Employees with access to this health information are required by law to maintain confidentiality and are subject to disciplinary action if they fail to do so. Our office will provide you with a copy of this privacy policy upon request. You have the right to access your health information.

Terms of Service for SMS Communications and Consent for SMS Communication

By providing my phone number to Revenue Enhancement Services LLC, you agree and acknowledge that Revenue Enhancement Services LLC, may send customer care and account notification text messages to your wireless phone number for updates related to upcoming appointment reminders, patient updates, billing reminders, and account notifications. Customer Care Example:

Hi John, this is Revenue Enhancement Services LLC. This is a reminder about your current billing inquiry with Revenue Enhancement Services LLC on [Date] at [Time]. We look forward to hearing from you! Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging.

Account Notification Example:

Opt-In Method:

Customers will opt-in for SMS messaging from Revenue Enhancement Services LLC through intake forms on our contact us form. This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Opt-out:

Customers will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from Revenue Enhancement Services LLC by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out they will receive no further SMS communication. They can Opt back In at any time by replying START.
